Gugah Nurani Indonesia (GNI), a humanitarian, not for profit, community development based on fulfillment of child rights NGO is seeking to fill in the following positions :
1. Fundraising Membership Relation Officer (FD-MRO)
Location : Jakarta (Head Office)
Responsibilities
· Maintain sponsors relations
· Contribute to the achievement fundraising strategies Gugah Nurani Indonesia
· Prepare formal paperwork such as agreements, thank you letters, annual newsletter, web magazines for sponsors
· Identify potential sponsorship opportunities (corporate and non-corporate)
· Develop sponsorship proposals for prospective and current sponsors
· Bridging communication between sponsors and fulfill sponsorship requirements
· Improve membership satisfaction
· Record monthly members contribution
· Analize members contribution
Requirements
· Bachelor Degree
· Ability to manage day to day tasks to meet deadline with minimum errors
· Fluent English both written and verbal
· Excellent people skills and an ability to build rapport
· Highly organized, and able to manage time
· Proactive and motivated
· Team player
· Innovative
2. Fundraising Campaign Officer (FD-CO)
Location : Jakarta (Head Office)
Responsibilities
· Develop, build alliances, and maintain good relationships with other NGOs, and other relevant groups.
· Prepare substantive briefings and updates to inform staff, media and stakeholders on specific campaign issues, progress and outcomes.
· In conjunction with Good Neigbors International of Fundraising Team, design, create and use a range of communications tools (direct actions, direct communication, traditional and new media, briefing sheets and public information, and other tools) to communicate with target audiences and to achieve campaign objectives.
· Experience in project design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and report writing
Requirements
· Work openly and co-operatively with other team members.
· Communicate effectively with other team members.
· Understanding of campaigning to achieve change
· Knowledge of Child Right sector and target priority
· Understanding of the importance of the role of communications in campaigning
· Ability to analyse Child Right issues (Child protection, Child Abuse etc) in terms of campaign opportunities and in terms of overall strategic objectives
· Good at Writing and Grapic design (for press release, leaflet, poster etc)
· Fluent in English both written and verbal
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
