Vacancy for HR PAYROLL & COMBEN STAFF :

Lowongan untuk HR PAYROLL dan COMBEN STAFF untuk wanita dengan pengalaman minimal 2 tahun.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all HR administration (payroll, compensation and benefit, employee tax, administration overtime, medical claim)
- Assist the HR Process including but not limited to excellent planning, coordinating and performing recruitment and selection, shortlist candidates, coordinate interview with user.
- Responsible for employee attendance control and reporting
- Responsible to support GA activities

Requirement :
- FEMALE At least 2 years experience in HR generalist function

- Bachelor degree in Psychology or Economic preferred
- Strong knowledge and able to set up the compensation and benefit scheme
- Experienced in handling income tax, Jamsostek, insurance etc.
- Solid knowledge in Labor law, HR Policies and procedure
- Being careful, detail-oriented, well-organized, and keen on working with numbers.
- Familiar with payroll software
- Proactive, outgoing and open personalities
- Good communicator with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Willing to work a.s.a.p
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cakung.
