Business Development Manager
 
Responsibilities:
• Identify potential business opportunities of the company
• Develop and formulate the effective selling strategies and marketing plans
• Manage and develop the Sales & Marketing activities for the Company
• Conduct market research and market analysis
• Prepare the marketing activities materials
• Set up, coordinate and follow-up with potential customer on project leads
• Arrange to send vendor applications to the potential customers
• Develop and maintain a good working relationships with all business associates (eg clients, suppliers)
 
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience preferably in Oil & Gas Telecommunication System Integration
• Degree in Telecommunication, Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• A high level of commitment, initiative and leadership.
• Good communication skills – written and oral.
• Able to travel both nationally and internationally, possibly at short notice.

Lowongan kerja di PT. Skala Reka Nusa membutuhkan SITE MANAGER, DRAFTER, PENGAWAS LAPANGAN ME, dan STAF LOGISTIK (LAPANGAN)
 

Kami perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang Jasa Konstruksi/Kontraktor (Building & Interior) berkedudukan di Jalan Sultan Agung, Jakarta, membutuhkan:

1. SITE MANAGER: Umur max. 45 tahun, Pdd S1 - Sipil, Minimal 2 tahun maksimal 5 berpengalaman sebagai Site Manager diproyek konstruksi, bisa menggunakan MS. Project/Primavera (membuat Perencanaan , Penjadwalan & Budgeting), memahami ISO dan OHSAS, mampu berkoordinasi dan berkomunikasi dengan baik, bBerpengalaman memimpin anak buah
 
2. DRAFTER: Umur max. 30 tahun, berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun diproyek konstruksi, dapat membuat gambar sketsa bangunan, dapat membuat gambar Autocad, gambar 3 dimensi, mengetahui ilmu teknik gambar bangunan, mengetahui jenis-jenis material bangunan, mahir mengoperasikan software arsitektur seperti autocad, 3Dmax/SketchUp, Photoshop,Coreldraw, dan MS Word & Excel.

3. PENGAWAS LAPANGAN ME: Umur max. 35 tahun, berpengalaman sebagai Pengawas Lapangan ME diproyek konstruksi minimal 2 tahun maksimal 5 tahun, berorientasi pada target pencapaian dengan hasil yang terbaik dan detail, mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik terhadap klien, Perencana dan pekerja dilapangan, mampu/bisa bekerjasama dalam team work, mampu memonitor & mengendalikan jalannya proyek, bisa menggunakan AutoCAD, mampu membuat RAB, BQ.
 
4. STAF LOGISTIK (LAPANGAN): Pria, maksimal umur 30 tahun, jujur, disiplin, berani, berpengalaman min. 2 tahun max. 4 tahun sebagai staf logistik diproyek konstruksi (lapangan), mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik, mampu bekerjasama dalam team maupun individual, bersedia bekerja di lapangan (lokasi proyek)
